e2e tests will fail if UI/helm-charts/kubewaren-controller/private forks run tests in parallel.

find suitable server
- split runners into separate VMs
- fix helm-charts workflow to not run multiple e2e tests per PR

Workers are set-up, currently hitting error on Launch & scale second policy server

workers pool bootstrap: cannot instantiate wasmtime::Engine: Unsupported feature: SIMD support requires SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4.1, and SSE4.2 on x86_64

Seems related to KVM, I am working on the fix.

I created 3 new runners (VMs) on carpo (managed by Tomas Hehejik) in PRG server room:	VM	IP
carpo-runner-0	10.100.103.56	kubewarden-ui
carpo-runner-1	10.100.103.75	kubewarden
carpo-runner-2	10.100.103.204	kubewarden
