e2e tests: update to work with latest version of audit-scanner #96

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

The audit-scanner has been updated with breaking changes, starting from Kubewarden 1.11. This is causing the e2e tests to fail and/or not check the right things

Expected Behavior

The end-to-end tests should test the new behavior of the audit-scanner.
