Automate https://kubic.opensuse.org/release updates #5

https://kubic.opensuse.org/release/stable.txt and https://kubic.opensuse.org/release/latest.txt need to be updated when a new k8s version is packaged

This is currently a manual process, done after openQA has approved and a new factory snapshot is published

We should automate it, because I forget sometimes and people keep using old k8s versions until I remember..
