GNOME Software thinks the deb's license is proprietary #41

When I open gendev_0.3.2_all.deb in GNOME Software 3.28.1 in Xubuntu 18.04, the window shows "License: Proprietary". I would expect something like "License: GPLv3 or later" because the package contains GCC and GNU Binutils. Screenshot_2019-05-15_21-22-53
