English Kbang cards #50

Not really an issue, but I couldn't find a better place to post this.

I took the liberty of scanning my Italian/English Bang cards and put the 
English text over the Czechian text on some of the cards.
This makes the game easier to play for people that don't speak Czechian.

I'll try to upload a zipfile in the next post, hope it's not too large.

Thanx for your contribution. KBang is now being recoded to allow players to 
choose 
from more card sets, so players can choose their preferred card set in 
preferences. 
Since it's not a bug, status changed to Done.
