cannot open dcm file with a alert "Assertion Failed: argument is undefined or null" #1

environment

vscode version : v1.91.0 platform : windows x64 extension version: v1.0.5

etc

btw, when i trying v1.0.4 extension, no alert but custom editor take empty black background, and ohif-viewer's cross origin exception popup showed at the bottomright.

Didn't have chance to check it on Windows. So I guess this could be the issue as the v1.0.5 on vscode 1.91.0 works fine on Ubuntu.
