Reenable javascript minification #29

Javascript minification is currently disabled because of the following bug:

I've reenabled mangling but temporary witk keep_fnames option

Javascript size is now smaller but disabling keep_fnames option will reduce it more.

Probably we have wait for rc6 to fix it properly.
