Invalid filename under Windows #8

This repo can't be cloned under windows because of the use of colons (:) within the two files in the Preferences directory (Symbol List: Blocks.tmPreferences and Symbol List: Macros.tmPreferences).

The colon (:) characters could be replaced with a visually identical unicode character called "Modifier Letter Colon" (꞉ == U+A789), or another legal windows character (~, -, etc).

I'm happy to push a quick PR, but I don't know enough about the repo to know if the name change needs to be reflected elsewhere or would be a problem for use.

(After a year without response) closing this as "dead" repo/uninterested. Will instead move to BetterJinja.
