issue with definition parsing adding unwanted newlines to some #1

some definitions do not always start with a (\d+) pattern. the way parsing is done now results in the text before this to be added as a separate definition on a new line.

eg:

ވަފަޓެ ނ (ގ.) ޅަފަށް. ތަކެތި ހަނުލާ އިރު މިޔައަށް އަރާ ކުރަކި ކަމެއް. ކެއްސާލާއިރު ކަރުތެރޭގައި ހުންނަ ކުރަކިކަން.

should be

ވަފަޓެ ނ (ގ.) ޅަފަށް. ތަކެތި ހަނުލާ އިރު މިޔައަށް އަރާ ކުރަކި ކަމެއް. ކެއްސާލާއިރު ކަރުތެރޭގައި ހުންނަ ކުރަކިކަން.
