I made this a while ago but never PR'd it.
This PR adds support for creating a new document when the search string does not match.
It behaves similar to Craft Cmd + O, no match = single entry with create. When there are other matches it appears after documents but before blocks.
Cmd + O
Does not support multiple spaces, always creates documents in the first space.
