Allow clubs and friends to be enabled at once #12

I'd like to see the possibility of having multiple of the "display modes" at once, so the listed players are not only from 1 club OR your friends list, but a combination of these.

It would be great not having to choose between the players that appear in that list, with multiple clubs being relevant to me and some friends without club access.
