Disable text-size-adjust #23

This caused the output layer, but not input layer, to be scaled up on iOS Safari Fixes #22

Nothing against npm, I'm happy to publish it there. I'm just not sure what best practices are with browser libraries and haven't gotten around to it. I will take a swing at it soon.
