6 months ago Yeah, the new UIX requires version 6.2 of the base game. I might have forgotten to update its description.

As the title suggests while using this mod as an end user dependency for other mods I am no longer able to view the start screen. The background is there but all menu items are gone. After some tweaking of mods being enabled/disabled I believe that I have narrowed it down to this mod causing the issue (Menu is back when only this mod is disabled).
Though I have not had the time yet to test if it was a combination of other mods causing this effect. But while researching I did come across another example https://www.reddit.com/r/X4Foundations/comments/18jsd8k/kuertee_ui_extensions_and_hud_breaking_main_menu/that closely matched this that stated it was possibly a combination of "Mod Support APIs" and "UI Extensions and HUD" that might be causing this. Will try and confirm this as soon as I can, just wanted to notify the devs here just in case this possible bug wasn't mentioned before.
