Hi. My Insteon network never worked ideally fine in integration with HomeKit.
I supposed it was somehow related to your plugin version, experimented with some old ones and sometimes some of them seem to work better than the newer ones.
I tried to experiment with keep alive and refresh timers. I’ve even connected Insteon Hub to a managed power socket and restart it every hour.
But nothing helps for more than several minutes.
But it looks like I found the reason of all of my troubles, but do not know even how to start resolving it.
Debug mode says my Insteon network usually becomes overwhelmed with some parasite traffic.
I’ve found another guy with a similar problem here: https://github.com/kuestess/homebridge-platform-insteonlocal/issues/288
But I see the discussion has ended with no resolution about a year ago. So I decided to try to raise a similar question again.
Please see below the debug log and my config with some ### comments on what is happening in the real world.
I don’t know where to look for Insteon documentation to interpret it’s log. And maybe you could have some ideas about the potential cure? Appreciate any ideas to try.

Hi. My Insteon network never worked ideally fine in integration with HomeKit. I supposed it was somehow related to your plugin version, experimented with some old ones and sometimes some of them seem to work better than the newer ones. I tried to experiment with keep alive and refresh timers. I’ve even connected Insteon Hub to a managed power socket and restart it every hour. But nothing helps for more than several minutes.
But it looks like I found the reason of all of my troubles, but do not know even how to start resolving it. Debug mode says my Insteon network usually becomes overwhelmed with some parasite traffic. I’ve found another guy with a similar problem here: https://github.com/kuestess/homebridge-platform-insteonlocal/issues/288 But I see the discussion has ended with no resolution about a year ago. So I decided to try to raise a similar question again.
Please see below the debug log and my config with some ### comments on what is happening in the real world. I don’t know where to look for Insteon documentation to interpret it’s log. And maybe you could have some ideas about the potential cure? Appreciate any ideas to try.
