Snapping a shot causes an infinite loop of the active window losing and regaining focus

Problem

I'm not completely sure on how to recreate this issue, as it doesn't always happen, and I'm not sure what criteria causes it.

Sometimes when pressing the icon to snap a shot, whatever window is active at any given time afterwards will repeatedly lose and regain focus, even if VS Code is closed.

Specs & Environment

Ryzen 5 2600, Radeon RX 5700 XT, 16GB 3200MHz RAM Windows 11 Insiders Beta Channel (Build 22622.586) Visual Studio Code 1.70.2
