feat(FloatArea)!: fixed と top、width を削除

概要

FloatArea のガイドライン更新に伴い、props を見直しました。

• fixed: position: fixed として使う場面が存在しないため削除
• top: 上方向から指定する場合がないため削除
• width: 他のコンテンツよりはみ出して使うため、幅を指定する場面が存在しないため削除

合わせて、#4949 の方針に沿ってに Story を見直しました。
