Try tones from pcmAudio #4

Try to use pcmAudio dtmf tones and see if the teleswitch detects them. If that works then start forksing audioPCM if it fails then continue research on possibilities with atmel dtmf and calculated output.

This was not a good idea, it worked but the quality was way to bad.
