Migrate mysql checks to Plugin API v1 #80

Based on infos from https://docs.checkmk.com/2.2.0/de/devel_check_plugins.html

(I know that we actually have an API v2 now, but I just want to take it step by step :wink: )

@moschlar Thank you very much for that changes. But that is not the new API, that is just the one from 2.2. We have some Checks here, which already use the new, v2 API. But this new API did not make it to the Checkmk docs yet. But anyway, this should at least be enough to make it work on 2.3. Just for 2.4 we need to build it new then.

Could you just also update the info file, to give the new paths and a new version number so that I can build the mkp out of it? ./mkpacker is the command, but the param is pack_legacy because pack is using the real new api :)
