bacula-jobs does not work with Checkmk 2.3 #85

Hey guys,

I did an update from Checkmk 2.2.0p27 to Checkmk 2.3.0p20 and can't get the bacula-jobs plugin to work. I switched the mkp version from 2.0.4 to 2.0.5 and tried to adapt it to the folder structure according to the https://checkmk.com/werk/16259, but I am at a loss as far as the actual code is concerned. I guess the plugin has to be rewritten to use the new API? If so, is there still any workaround or do you have any plans to update the plugin in the near future?

Hi,

We maintain plugins only on consumer requests but, of course, also except pull requests. As for this Plugin, the same for all not rewritten yet: Checkmk Introduced a new Plugin API, and we need to rewrite all of them. In Fact, some of our Plugins are already rewritten for 2.3. And when the Consumer we build the Plugin for, updates to 2.3 and still uses it, then there is a big chance that the missing Plugins also will be rewritten too by us.
