DangerDeckActivity placeholder button text is hard-coded #13

The text buttons in DangerDeckActivity are just temporary placeholders; I was going to use image buttons. So, instead of putting the text in strings.xml, it's in the layout XML.

Apparently June me didn't read the memo from December me that these were just temporary placeholders.
