DangerDeckActivity landscape doesn't quite fit on phones #26

In your last revision or two, when you were moving things around to make room for the Remove Cards button, you slightly broke the landscape DangerDeckActivity: now the very top of the card & Undo & Draw buttons are cut off.

Bah, it's not that bad, and I'm concerned that screwing with it will only break something else, so I'm marking this wontfix.
