why did we remove winmerge from PythonXY?

Could it be provided again (mabye as Additional Plugin)?

But WinMerge is still there, I don't understand. Why are thinking it has been

Sorry. It's there.
But there's not shortcut in the tray icon context menu.

But this is a minor issue.
