Python(x,y) 2.7.2.0 installs registry to HKCU instead of HKLM even if "for all users" is selected

should be easy to fix. Problem is that CMake does not find python registry 
entries are not installed in HKLM.

Are you installing on Vista/7? if so was the install done as administrator?
