Clean up various dirty places & fix various bugs that don't exist in any issues

• [x] add omitRelationalCriteria()
• [x] remove obsolete introduction tests
• [x] none criterion .intersect() does not work correctly
• [x] entity-api reports too many rejected queries sometimes
• [x] hydrator could cause crashes via endless loops
• [x] rename EntityApi to EntitySource, EntityHydratorApi to EntityHydrator and SchemaRelationBasedHydrator to EntityRelationHydrator
• [x] add EntityQueryShape property to EntitySourceEndpoint
• [x] find & do more
