io-bundler via computer #8

What

I wrote an io-bundler turtle, and now want to instead have an io-bundler computer using chests connected by a network

Why

Because the io-bundler turtle wastes too much fuel and it makes it harder to lay out farms (as it needs to follow a path).

io-bundler via computer working! had to change normal chests into trapped chests though to identify them as io-chests (as i wanted to identify a normal chest as output only; e.g. a bonemeal autofarm) however, i'm gonna revise the io-system soon as i think i can generalize it better
