pear repo packages.xml seems broken #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. pear list-upgrades
2. pear upgrade-all
3. pear upgrade phpquery/phpQuery

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error getting channel info from phpquery-pear.appspot.com: Invalid xml 
downloaded from "http://phpquery-pear.appspot.com/p/packages.xml": XML Error: 
'Not well-formed (invalid token)' on line '1'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
