Warning compiling mongoose with -DNO_SSL #299

A very simple and low priority issue.

If I compile mongoose program with gcc... -DNO_SSL -Wall, I always get a awful 
warning:

  mongoose.c:548: warning: ‘ssl_error’ defined but not used

May be include a line saying "#ifndef NO_SSL"
