Please remove old documentation...

Just spent like three hours trying to figure out why setting document_root to 
".,/videos=/blahblah" didn't work....turns out I was just referencing old crap 
and I should be using url_rewrite_patterns.

This is fine, but could you update 
http://code.google.com/p/mongoose/wiki/Features so nobody is confused about 
this?  If you give me wiki write access I'll gladly do it myself too.  I also 
had similar issues getting authentication working; there's a lot of conflicting 
documentation lingering about that's very confusing.

(bitching aside, great project--really appreciate the word done here)
