Screenshot code does not seem to properly close PNG files #111

The PNGs generated in the ~/.mupen64plus/screenshorts directory appear to 
be corrupt when opened with the GIMP while mupen is running. The image is 
sometimes visually incomplete or otherwise actually corrupt, other times 
displays fine. Other PNG handling tools, like Kuickshow (on any of the 
Konqueror file manager preview code). This error goes away once mupen is 
closed, suggesting we're not properly closing the files.

Good catch.  This should be fixed in rev 587.
