This is likely a corrupt or incorrectly set Blight Input config, i.e. set to
use
the mouse for the X or Y axis. Check Blight's settings and try deleting
~/.mupen64plus/blight_input.conf. If this fixes the issue, this bug is a
duplicate
of Issue 44.

Which video plugin were you using? Were you in windowed or fullscreen mode?
It is
normal behavior to hide the mouse pointer in fullscreen mode.

I have this same issue under Mac OS X, 10.5.4, Intel. I'm using aqua gtk and
mupen64plus r1073, although I've always had this issue.

As soon as I run a rom in windowed mode the cursor turns invisible. I have to
move
the invisible pointer off the rom window and click to have it reappear. I can
click
on the title bar of the playing rom without the cursor disappearing, but if I
click
on the video output the cursor disappears.

This problem persists with all video plugins. If I change to the dummy video
plugin
the pointer disappears as well.

I erased ~/.mupen64plus/blight_input.conf, but I still had this issue.

Does this issue still persist under Mac OSX? Can a Macintosh user please test
with
the latest 1.99.2 code and re-open this bug report if the problem remains.
