glide64 crashes in Mupen64plus v1.4 #117

Describe your system:
 - Linux distribution: fedora 8
 - Machine type: 64-bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.4-branch rev 665
 - Plugins used: glide64

Many games which worked properly under glide64 in mupen64-amd64 v1.2, now
crash with the latest 1.4 build.  Some of the games which have been tested
and found to exhibit this problem are: Bomberman 64, Battlzone - Rise of
the Black Dogs, Banjo-Kazooie, and Automobili Lamborghini.
