Check N64 Game Cube emulated games for Rumble #125

Basically check if OOT and Master Quest's rumble (via Stone of Agony) 
work on mupen.

The GC controller has a built in rumble which is activated by these 
games. However, it is unkown if the N64 emulation layer used in the GC 
mimics the N64 rumble pack just like it maps the "cartridge" SRAM to GC 
save formats (since on the GC these games come on discs) or the ROMs 
themselves use some other system call to access rumble.
