Request to fix recording/playback issue with Mupen64 rerecording and Glide64 for Mupen64 Plus #136

In Mupen64 with rerecording, you must load the ROM for a game before
recording or playing back input. This is fine, but after recording starts
or movie playback begins, Mupen64 closes the ROM and reloads it.
Unfortunately, Glide64 (which outperforms other plugins by far in games
like Paper Mario) can only work the first time a ROM is loaded. This is
documented with Glide64, so that is not an issue with the emulator. I
suppose Glide64 is unable to release its old resources and allocate new
ones for some reason, so it can't do anything unless the emulator is
closed and opened again.

My point is, I don't believe the emulator needs to reload the ROM in order
to do a hard reset, does it? If not, I request that when rerecording is
added to Mupen64 Plus that the hard reset does not need to reload the ROM
so Glide64 will work when a movie is recorded or played back.

The current revision of mupen64+ already features a soft reset (issue 61) and
there
also already is a ticket about rerecording and playback of these files in issue
58.

Agreed, we already have soft resets. Marking as duplicate.
