ROMS not removed from rombrowser.cache when removing a directory #140

Using r1008 on Mac OS X

Removing rom directories using the GTK interface works, but all the roms
from that directory stay listed in the rom browser. The roms from the new
directory are just added to the roms from the old directory. It appears
that this is a problem with the rom cache. I have to erase the
rombrowser.cache file to make it remove all the roms from directories I
have removed.
