'MYSTICAL NINJA', lot a flikiring #172

Describe your system:
 - Linux distribution: urbumtu 
 - Machine type: (32-bit or 64-bit) 64
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.4.1
 - Plugins used: rice

For visual artifacts, give:
'MYSTICAL NINJA', CRC be0f36f51d69f12b-50

- description of the artifact (missing polygons, flashing, wrong colors, etc)
if you start to go a round a town there are lot of flashing of blue 

Please provide any additional information below.

please try the following.  Edit the ~/.mupen64plus/RiceVideoLinux.ini file and 
look
for the section for Mystical Ninja with CRC {21cbbcfc6b3c9072-45}.  Make a new
section for your game's CRC and copy the options from the other Mystical Ninja 
entry
into your new section.  Then start the game and see if the artifacts are still 
present.

i allreddi did try it it mandy it a little better but still there is a lot of

Thanks for the video.  This is a common problem affecting many games with Rice 
Video.
 You can fix this by going back into your RiceVideoLinux.ini and adding a line with
"ScreenUpdateSetting=1" to your new Mystical Ninja section.

nob adding ScreenUpdateSetting=1 did not fix it it just made more flikirng than 
was
before it added it

Are you sure that you added this line to the section with the same CRC as your 
game?
 You can also try setting the ScreenUpdateSetting to values 2-4 to see if that fixes it.

yes i am sure
well  setting the ScreenUpdateSetting to values 2-4 it did not fix it but
settingScreenUpdateSetting to 2 the did decrise the flikirng in towns
