Blight Input plugin does not show up in version 1.4-trunk-r1198

Describe your system:
 - Linux distribution:Ubuntu 8.10
 - Machine type: 64-bit (x86_64)
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.4-trunk-r1198
 - Plugins used: Blight Input

For visual artifacts, give:
- game name and CRC/MD5 hash (printed on console)
- description of the artifact (missing polygons, flashing, wrong colors, etc)

Describe the problem:
The Blight Input plugin does not show up in this version.

Please provide any additional information below.
I looked at my installation and the file for the Blight Input plugin is
present.

I get the following error on the command line when starting Mupen64plus:
/usr/local/share/mupen64plus/plugins/blight_input.so: undefined symbol:
GetDllInfo
Plugin 'blight_input.so' is an invalid plugin

A good workaround is to copy the working blight_input.so from the stable (1.4
release) version to /usr/local/share/mupen64plus/plugins/blight_input.so

I have attached my broken binary below.

I verified that this problem does indeed exist in rev 1198 but it is no longer
present in rev 1239.
