Spicing up the configuration menu #81

Just two small things in mind: Hotkey for the configure menu (like Ctrl+O
for options) and a remember option for it, so that you have just the tab
opened again you had opened last time (like for quickly changing your video
plugin).

Don't we already have a GTK accelerator/mnemonic for this?

Damn, didn't see the tools button until now. Sry about that.
Nevertheless, the tab last used isn't saved in the current SVN, I guess (last 
updated
a few hours ago), although it is in v1.3.

Yeah, I made the change to reset the tab everytime the config dialog is opened, 
but
if this isn't what people want, it's trivial to change it. I guess thinking 
about it,
other apps remember the tab, so that would make more sense. I'll make that 
change.

We have a mnemonic for the configure menu (Alt+O opens the options menu, then 
press
'C' to open the configure dialog), but we don't have an accelerator. Ctrl+O is
already used for opening a rom file. I think having the toolbar button is 
sufficient,
but if others feel differently, let me know.

ok, changed it back so it remembers the last tab that was selected. Made the 
change
in r302.
