Configure window problems #92

I'm using MS Windows version. I've just tried scanning my roms directory
and now I can't close Configure window. I can move it, but it has artifacts
 as you can see.

If it matters, I'm using Windows XP SP2 on 32-bit P4.

Also one of my roms is not identified by emulator. Not if I really care
about it, but according to No-Intro naming scheme it's [BIOS] Xplorer 64
(Germany) (Unl) (v1.067).

Sorry, the Win32 version of Mupen64Plus is not being supported.
