Add buttons to export to and import from database #29

I am working on the functionality, but since you are more familiar with the CSS layout maybe you can find a way to incorporate the extra buttons into the user interface.

There are functions (createDownloadJson for export and loadJsonAtoms and setCrystalParams for import) that you can hook into. The actual interaction with the server end I'm less familiar with but that should get you started.
