Column toggleValve function is bad

Current toggle valve function uses a lot of magic numbers and poor implementation.

Need to:

• pull magic numbers out.
• make it such that the ray stops mid way between C1 Aperture and C2
• make it so that we don't use closed aperture

Temporary fix to this uses the C1 aperture to end the ray as a bandaid fix
