Whats the difference between LibraNetwork.Testnet and ac-libra-testnet.kulap.io? #17

In ReactJs application running in a browser client LibraNetwork.Testnet is not working whereas ac-libra-testnet.kulpa.io is working.

Why is LibraNetwork.Testnet not working?

Ok. Figured out.

It's an envoy proxy to forward grpc-web-text to grpc

Proxy available here https://github.com/bandprotocol/libra-web/tree/master/scripts/proxy
