libraservice3.kulap.io/getBalance has some problems #47

I am not sure here is the right place to contact with you.

However, I got the error when I open the libra-wallet-poc site. 

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()

The server may have problems.

The server-side right now might has a problem with gRPC, I think maybe the server-side cannot parse the response from Libra.

Libra testnet is also might have some issue. https://community.libra.org/t/testnet-update-october-30th/1979

Also, in my point of view, only getBalance function does not work now.
