Handle FT MIME types on message store #53

Currently, the MessageLog is storing the transport level MIME type (i.e. 
"application/vnd.gsma.rcs-ft-http+xml") rather than the actual file MIME type 
(e.g. "application/pdf" or "audio/x-wav") in the column 
MessageData.KEY_CONTENT_TYPE).
We would like to change this is order to allow proper rendering of the file 
"measses" on the UI.
