Additional entering mode #4

Idea:

I'd like a choice of modes - one which advances to the next note when I enter a note, and one which doesn't until I tell it to move forward. I'd be using this for a lot of finger style stuff where there are dyads and chords going on and having to constantly backspace is annoying.
