With the aim of applying Spot Detection on FISH data, I found this repo and it looks really amazing. Thus I was trying to understand the workflows here, however I'm not an expert.
I have my own .tiff FISH data (lets say with only 1 channel) and I would like to apply DogNet on it. Is there a notebook that could help me doing that? Something like a step-by-step guide for dummies. Is some help available from the developers? In such case I can mail a sample image.
