logging for taskqueue puller is not really that great. #172

Some of the logging choices seem to be for debugging the the code itself more 
than helping a user of the tool debug their overall process.

More like a feature request. The logging could be more informative to the 
person who assumes the tool is working, but wants to debug their usage of it.

http://codereview.appspot.com/6449124/  does a few minor tweaks that I have 
found useful in production.

The Taskqueue puller sample is not longer part of the library.
