Need sample code for Enterprise License Manager API #195

The Enterprise License Manager API 
(https://developers.google.com/google-apps/licensing/) is used to 
programmatically retrieve, assign, update, and unassign user licenses for 
Google Enterprise products on a domain.  Enterprise users need samples for this 
API so that they can more easily build scripts to manage licensing on their 
domain.
