1.12.2 Issue #4

In 1.12.2 there seems to be some error that happens when you use Ctrl + Wheel Down.  The items get mixed up and the items that appears on the bar are not correct.  As long as you do Ctrl + Wheel up it doesn't happen. Any chance of a fix?

Does this problem still happen? I tried reproducing it but could not. Tried in client and server.

I think this issue is in tandem with Inventory Tools, I had a similar issues but I used the equivalent features from Quark mod to achieve the same features of item/block restocking.
