Issue warning if document language is not a ISO language code #210

As many components rely on the document language being a proper ISO two letter 
language code, a warning should be output if something else is set.

I just ran into the problem that a reader was setting "english" instead of "en" 
as the document language.
Components will then complain that no model for 
"something-model-english-something" has been found. On the first look this 
seems correct and is really confusing.
