Support import midi #118

I think if MML2VGM can be more user-friendly, it should support the import of midi options, even if the support is not complete, I also hope to have this feature.

I know that there is an independent program that can implement midi2mml, but that program is not easy to use. I hope that such a program can be directly integrated into MML2VGM IDE.

作り始めました。

一応TAG528で一部のMIDファイルは取り込めます。 ただし、完全ではありません。

変換後のmmlの見た目についてですが、 このまま作り進めても、見にくい状態はほとんど改善する見込みはありません。 結局、手動で調整が必要になります。 それでも、あなたはこの機能が欲しいですか？

This feature is better than nothing. Especially with the dynamic channel allocation function, then it will be very useful.

であれば、もう少しまともに動作するようになったらそれで完了としますね。

dynamic～については別スレッドで回答済みで、サポート予定はありません。

I hope that by improving the functions of MML2VGM, MIDI can be easily converted to VGM or other chip music formats. This greatly reduces the difficulty of VGM arrangement, and various tracks can be easily produced and transplanted.
